The Christmas period is our busiest time of year. These policies are in place to keep the month running smoothly and to protect our small business. By booking an appointment in December, you agree to the following terms:

Gift Vouchers

  • From 15th December, gift vouchers cannot be used as a payment method for any appointments.

  • Bookings scheduled after December 15 cannot be redeemed using a gift voucher, regardless of when the booking was made.

  • If your voucher expires between 15th–24th December, we will extend the expiry by 1 month as a courtesy.

Deposits & Payments

  • All December bookings require a non-refundable 50% deposit.

  • Deposits are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of circumstance.

  • No refunds on skincare products all skincare sales made during this period are final.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • All cancellations or reschedules must be made 48 hours before your appointment.

  • Changing or cancelling your appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in deposit forfeiture.

  • No-shows or same-day rescheduling will also result in deposit forfeiture.

Running Late

  • If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may not be able to complete your treatment, and your deposit will be forfeited.

  • If you anticipate being late, please contact us as early as possible, we will do our best to help, but if we cannot, your deposit will be forfeited.

  • If our team is running behind, we will notify you with adequate notice to keep the day running smoothly.

December Gift Voucher Purchases

  • Gift vouchers can still be purchased during December in-store and online.

  • They simply cannot be redeemed for bookings after December 15.
