Yes, we always recommend a consultation so we can assess your skin, discuss your goals, and tailor the perfect treatment plan for you.

We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less notice, or missed appointments, will incur a 50% fee, which is non-refundable unless a valid emergency has occurred. This policy helps protect our time and income, as last-minute changes leave us unable to fill your spot.

Everyone’s skin is different, but typically LHR require a series of 4–6 sessions for best results. We’ll guide you based on your hair.

Most of our treatments have minimal downtime. Facials and LED therapy have none, while treatments like skin needling or IPL may cause temporary redness that subsides within 24–48 hours. RF Skin Microneedling may cause redness for up to 48 hrs, the full healing process can take up to 1-2 weeks.

We specialise in relaxation massages designed to ease tension and help you switch off. We do not offer remedial or deep tissue massage.

We don’t offer nail art (except for a classic French tip on gel nails) and we don’t do extensions or acrylics. Our focus is on your natural nails, using builder gel for strength and long-term nail health.

Our treatments are designed to support nail, cuticle, and foot health. We offer a limited range of colours, as we are not a nail-specific salon, but instead focus on healthy, well-groomed nails with a natural finish.
