1. Keep Your Skin Calm — No New Actives

In the 3–5 days leading up to your treatment, avoid introducing new skincare products, active ingredients, or harsh exfoliants.

  • No AHAs, BHAs, retinol, or strong peels.

  • Stick to gentle cleansers, hydrating serums, and moisturiser.

  • If your skin is sensitive, keep it extra simple.

2. Protect Your Skin from the Sun
